Skywell Warranty Procedures

Revised October 28, 2017

Warranty Part: any part other than a water filter or UV bulb/ballast.

  1. Dealers will order warranty parts from GSSD.
  2. Warranty parts to be shipped directly by GSSD to a dealer do not require specialized labeling/packaging.
  3. GSSD will ship warranty parts to dealers via overnight delivery if the request is received by 11 a.m. (Central Time).
  4. Dealers will ship the inoperable warranty parts to GSSD utilizing GSSD UPS/FedEx # and provide any GSSD-requested information.
  5. GSSD to provide dealers with boxing materials should an entire unit need to be shipped by the dealer to GSSD for repair.
