Skywell Warranty Procedures

Warranty Part: any part other than a water filter or UV bulb/ballast.
- Dealers will order warranty parts from GSSD.
- Warranty parts to be shipped directly by GSSD to a dealer do not require specialized labeling/packaging.
- GSSD will ship warranty parts to dealers via overnight delivery if the request is received by 11 a.m. (Central Time).
- Dealers will ship the inoperable warranty parts to GSSD utilizing GSSD UPS/FedEx # and provide any GSSD-requested information.
- GSSD to provide dealers with boxing materials should an entire unit need to be shipped by the dealer to GSSD for repair.
